Data we process
Registration collects a display name and phone; email, country and avatar are optional. An account without email receives a stable login name. We also retain bids, orders, lot favorites, followed auctions, support requests, and technical audit and security records.
Why we need it
Data supports sign-in, recovery, service messages, participant review, bid attribution, orders, support and platform protection.
Storage and protection
Role boundaries protect personal data and critical operations are audited. Operational records follow defined retention periods; one-time codes are encrypted and removed after delivery. Online payments are disabled, so card data is neither accepted nor stored.
Your rights
You may request a copy, correction of inaccurate data, or account deletion where retention is not required for current obligations.
