Data we process
Registration collects a display name and phone; email, country and avatar are optional. An account without email receives a stable login name. We also retain bids, orders, lot favorites, followed auctions, support requests, and technical audit and security records.
Why we need it
Data supports sign-in, recovery, service messages, participant review, bid attribution, orders, support and platform protection.
Storage and protection
Role boundaries protect personal data and critical operations are audited. Operational records follow defined retention periods; one-time codes are encrypted and removed after delivery. Online payments are disabled, so card data is neither accepted nor stored.
Your rights
You may request a copy, correction of inaccurate data, or account deletion where retention is not required for current obligations.
Optional Microsoft Clarity analytics
When analytics is enabled on this site, Microsoft Clarity starts automatically to improve public pages through click maps, scrolling and interaction recordings. Microsoft receives browser and device information, network data and allowed page addresses. Public pages are also recorded when signed in. We record auction and lot views, bid acceptance, private maximum saves and bid problems, without values or details. Text is masked before transmission; account pages, administration, contacts, sign-in and recovery forms are not recorded. We do not send account identifiers, contact details or private bid amounts in analytics events.
Cookies and retention
Essential cookies support sign-in and language selection. Microsoft Clarity may automatically use _clck to recognise a browser and _clsk to connect page views into a session according to project settings and Microsoft rules for the visitor’s region. The site has no separate analytics choice panel. Previously saved refusals and cookie restrictions remain effective; we respect Global Privacy Control. Earlier recordings are not automatically deleted. Microsoft retains ordinary recordings for 30 days, heatmaps and labelled or favourited sessions for 9 months.
Microsoft data processing
Microsoft processes data in Azure cloud infrastructure and may transfer it between countries under Microsoft's terms. Microsoft acts as a separate data controller.
